Can I call outside of Europe?
No. Calls to regions outside of the European Countries listed is not possible.
Can I receive calls from outside Europe?
Yes. Calls and text from outside Europe is possible. Pass on your new Europe Number to all your contacts to really stay in touch whilst traveling in Europe.
Can I redirect my home or primary number to my Europe Number?
Yes. Setting up a redirect is usually quite straightforward but differs with each carrier. Sometimes you can set up a simple redirect on your phone yourself easily. Again this will depend on your carrier and may need to be done directly with the carrier.
Which phones are compatible with Europe Number eSIMs?
Please check our esim compatible device list. Those listed devices support eSIM installation via automatic online activation. If your device is not listed there, unfortunately it will not work with Europe Number eSIM packages.
Please note that your device must be unlocked and free of any carrier restrictions in order to install eSIM data plans!
What is the return policy?
Europe Number eSim shall promptly refund payments for services that do not function, which are otherwise not usable by you, or which are no longer needed due to trip cancellation, change of plans, or any other reason, provided that no data has been consumed by the related service or the eSIM is not activated.

Is WiFi Hotspot / Internet Sharing included with Europe Number eSIM plans?
The Wi-Fi Hotspot / Internet Sharing feature is currently available with all fixed data plans and unlimited plans, including Apple iOS and Android smartphones.
If you are unable to access Wi-Fi Hotspot on your device with a Europe Number eSIM plan, please try to restart the phone. Sometimes this is required after installing the eSIM for the first time, to fully initialize the network settings and feature availability.
The availability of Wi-Fi Hotspot ultimately depends on the local network operator, and may be restricted in some situations. Although the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature should be available in all regions on all eSIM plans, unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability in every possible situation.
